GMPVC 50th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS
Dear Friends of GMPMVC,
June 2024 will mark the start of our 50th year of song and to celebrate this momentous occasion in our choir’s history, we have invited our long-standing friends from Gothenburg, Sweden to join us. It gives us great pleasure to be singing again with Cantorum & Gothenburg Police Male Voice Choir.
We will be together from Friday 21st June to Friday 28th June 2024. We will be singing in Llandudno on Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd and in Eccles on Tuesday 25th June.
We would like to invite you to join us at either Llandudno or Eccles or join us for the full programme of events taking place throughout the week.

Entrance to the RHS Bridgewater Garden will be paid for by GMPMVC. If you are resident & wish to travel on the coach from the hotel for either/both venues £5pp for the day, please notify the Secretary as places are limited.
NB If you are a RHS Member, please notify the Secretary & bring your membership card with you to alleviate additional payment. A packed lunch is available at an additional cost of £10pp from the hotel – please notify the Secretary if you require one & add the cost to your admission/coach. This will save you queuing at Bridgewater Gardens for food/snack.

Our Coach will leave the hotel at 10am for Bury Market. Free time until we meet at the East Lancs Railway, Bury at 14.30 for the 15.00 steam train to Rawtenstall & return to Ramsbottom where we leave the train (16.12) to have dinner at Owens Restaurant, Ramsbottom (directly across from the station).
Our coach will pick us up at 7pm to return to the hotel.
